Ready to bring your best wings to Wing Wars 2026? Here’s what you need to know before registering.

Event Date: Saturday, September 12, 2026
Cook teams must prepare a minimum of 80 lbs. of wings. Wings are provided with your cook team registration.
City of Amarillo temporary food permit is included. Teams must follow all City of Amarillo food handling and safety requirements.
Judging begins at 2:00 PM, with categories judged every 30 minutes.
Teams must be ready to begin serving VIP guests at 4:00 PM. General Admission begins at 5:00 PM.
Teams may continue cooking and serving additional wings while supplies are available.
Teams cooking with grease must have a Class K fire extinguisher at their station.
Additional competition categories and judging information will be provided to registered teams.
